What does it include?
- Wedding day timeline: You need to know how much time you need for each part of your wedding (photo, ceremony, dinner, etc)
At this point I would give you a pro tip:
When you put together your schedule, it is very important to give yourself more time than you need for each time on your timeline. This will help you avoid unnecessary stress, for instance, if your hair and make-up take longer.
- Organize the transport from ceremony to reception if they are not at the same place. Also, organize the shuttle service for your guests
- Create your layout and floorplan
- Make sure every vendor arrives in time and knows what, when, and how to do it. Well, at this point I highly recommend having your bridal assistant to help with this or a wedding planner who offers wedding day coordination or partial wedding planning service if you don’t want a full wedding planning service.
- Solve last-minute problems. On the wedding day always can arise last-minute problems that YOU need to solve if you don’t have a wedding planner. Do you think you will have time for this? And most importantly, do you think you need this unnecessary stress on your wedding day?
